THE CHEF TEAM
At Casa Pasha we have curated the perfect mix of variety in our chef team. Led by Executive Chef James Henry, who has an extensive background in Fine dining, steakhouse and French technique. Our remaining chef team is comprised of outstanding Chefs with backgrounds varying from sushi, to classically trained skill set. Collectively our chef team has been a part of training under chefs , and being a part of the teams that have won various James Beard Awards from Detroit to Chicago.
THE BEVERAGE TEAM
Our beverage program was meticulously designed by our Beverage Director Trevor Wheeler, and Director of Wine Michael A. Descamps.
Trevor has perfected his craft over 20+ years of working on various sides of the craft cocktail world including brand representation, bartending and distilling. With his skill set he has develop award- recognized cocktail programs.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and spent those years honing his craft in fine detail service and beverage operations. Michael holds an Advanced level Sommelier diploma from CMS-A. Michael is actively involved in the nations wine community, including judging and writing for the TEXSOM International Wine Awards along with roles as a presenter, panelist and speaker over several years.
